Many players may know the running-in period of ATVs, but what should we pay attention to? It is recommended that you start with the following:
1. Always check the fastening of each connection part, and tighten it in time if it is loose.
2. Always check whether the engine, gearbox and braking device are overheated, and whether enough lubricating oil is added to the lubricating parts. If there is overheating, the cause should be found out and eliminated in time.
3. Always check the tightness of the chain and the free travel of the brake, clutch, and accelerator lever components, and adjust if necessary.
4. During the run-in period, the engine should be fully warmed up before driving. First drive 1~2km in low gear, and then switch to high gear.
5. In order to reduce vibration and shock load, you should choose a flat and good road for driving.
6. Shift gears in time. When the engine capacity increases, such as driving reluctantly, abnormal wear or damage will occur. Therefore, it is necessary to shift gears in time to avoid the engine working under heavy load. (This information should be cancelled in case of SP150-1-4 and SP200-6)
7. The driving speed during the running-in period should be strictly controlled. (The speed cannot be greater than 30 yards)
8. During the break-in period, the load capacity of the ATV should generally not exceed 80% of the rated load.
9. The vehicle should always be kept clean and tidy.
