What We Do Differently
We build every 125cc pit bike dirt bike on a jig, not a rolling table. The jig keeps the frame and swingarm true during assembly. The single swingarm design makes it easier to service. The frame is a reinforced tube construction with a KTM style plastic body. Before assembly we oil all the pivot points. We have seen bikes shipped dry from other factories. This results in blocked links in the first season. All our bearings and pivot bolts are greased with lithium grease.
